ERA Circles
The ERA (EnRoute Alternate) circles default values can be defined in the app settings.
Those values are used to fill the Circles fields each time a new ALTN is added to the ALTN list.
Users can then alter those values at will.
It is possible to define the ERA circles radius by distance or by speed and time. User can then alter those values at will.

Let's have a look at creating some.
Click the Menu button.
To start with you need to define the default values in the setting menu.
Click the Settings button.
Click the Default Speed No 1 input field.
To enter the parameters, you need to make sure you have enabled ERA circles. Once enabled you can define the ERA circles by distance or by speed and time. It is possible to show one or two circles for each ERA.
Enter 400 into the Default Speed No 1 input field.
Click the Default Speed No 2 input field.
Enter 400 into the Default Speed No 2 input field.
Click the Default Circle Radius No 1 input field.
Enter 60 into the field.
Click the Default Circle Radius No 2 input field.
Enter 180 into the field.
Click the ALTN list item.
Once the ERA parameters have been defined, you can then add some ALTN into the ALTN list and open from the en route menu.
Click for CYHZ
Clicking/Tapping on the icon next to each alternate will activate the ERA circles in the en route chart.
Click for BIKF
Once you have selected the ERA in the alternates they will now be visible in the enroute.
To alter values for each circle, just tap the Edit button (top right corner of ALTN list) in the ALTN dropdown window and then on the Edition pop-up icon of the desired ALTN.
Clicking on will give you access to the edition pop-up where you will be able to customize each value for each circle and apply changes.(see below)
Once you have selected the ERA in the alternates they will now be visible in the enroute.
ALTN that are added to ALTN list will be have ERA Circles default value predefined in App Settings. User can then customize each of them independently from ALTN list.
ERA Circles are disabled by default (even after session restoration). They need to be enabled manually by the user
