Not receiving Freshdesk ticket notices via email?

If you are not receiving email notifications for new tickets created or any tickets updates made by NAVBLUE, please proceed with the following steps:

1. Contact your IT department to ensure that emails originating from customer.support@navblue.aero are allowed through your mail server.

2. Check your spam folder

3. The following IPs need to be white listed by your IT if issues occur: ( -

4. If all else fails, email support@navblue.aero and we shall follow up accordingly.
